๐ Details
Full terms
Detailed terms for scheduling, diagnostics, parts, payments, warranty limits and communications.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service explain how Appliance Rescue Team provides appliance repair and installation help for Florida homeowners. By calling, emailing, using this website, or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not request service. For how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
2. Estimates and diagnostics
Information shared by phone or email – appliance type, brand, symptoms, model and location – helps us understand the request and prepare for a visit. It is not a final diagnosis.
Final repair recommendations are made after inspection and testing. Some issues look similar over the phone and only become clear on site. We will explain what we found and what options make practical sense before you approve work.
3. Scheduling and access
Appointment windows depend on technician availability, traffic, parts lead times, weather and the urgency of the appliance issue. We contact you if timing needs to change.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and work area, including pets secured, pathways clear and utilities available as needed. Delays caused by blocked access or missing information may require a return visit.
4. Parts, repairs and installation
Some repairs can be completed during the first visit. Others need parts ordering or a follow-up visit. We explain expected timelines and repair value before proceeding whenever practical.
Installation work includes fitting and connection checks appropriate to the appliance. Pre-existing wiring, plumbing, cabinetry, ventilation or code issues may limit what can be completed in one visit. We will tell you what we can safely finish and what may need another trade or preparation on your side.
5. Pricing and payment
Pricing is confirmed directly before approved work begins. Diagnostic, labor and parts charges may vary by appliance, model, access difficulty and the nature of the fault.
- Quoted work covers the approved repair or installation scope.
- Additional faults discovered after approval may need a separate estimate.
- Payment is due as stated on the invoice or as otherwise agreed before or after service.
If a repair is declined after diagnosis, diagnostic or trip charges may still apply when they were disclosed in advance.
6. Warranty and limitations
Repair warranty terms, if applicable, are confirmed on the service invoice or in writing after the job. Warranty coverage usually applies to the specific repair performed, not to unrelated failures.
Warranty and service limitations typically exclude:
- Unrelated component failures that appear after the original repair.
- Misuse, neglect, improper DIY work or damage after we leave the property.
- Pre-existing installation, electrical, plumbing or cabinetry problems.
- Appliances that cannot be safely accessed or that are beyond economical repair.
Website examples and guides are general information. They do not guarantee that your appliance can be repaired until diagnosis is complete.
7. Customer responsibilities
To help the visit go smoothly, please:
- Share accurate brand, model and symptom details when you know them.
- Be available during the scheduled window or provide a responsible adult on site.
- Disclose known hazards, previous repair attempts or installation changes.
- Back up or move fragile items near the work area when practical.
8. Communications
By calling or emailing, you agree that Appliance Rescue Team may contact you about scheduling, service status, estimates, parts updates and reasonable follow-up for your request. Primary contacts: +1 941 Push to show, +1 650 Push to show and info@appliancerescue.team.
Please reply promptly if we need access details, model numbers or approval to continue. Silence can delay parts orders and return visits.
9. Website content and third-party links
Content on this website is provided for general guidance about appliance repair and installation. It is not a substitute for on-site diagnosis and does not create a guarantee of outcome.
Links to Yelp, Thumbtack, Google Maps or other third-party sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.
10. Liability
We take care when working in your home and on your appliances. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Appliance Rescue Team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including food loss, lost time or secondary damage unrelated to the approved scope of work.
Our total liability for a specific service request is limited to the amount you paid for that approved service, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as our service process or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page. New service requests after an update are governed by the revised terms.
